Chemical Engineer ( Production Team)

I/ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress.
• Ensure process compliance and stable operations.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with the standards.
• Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development.
• Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain production documents.
• Drive continuous improvement in production.

II/ Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with major in Inorganic, metallurgical or material
• More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company with the same position.
• Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and their application in manufacturing processes.
• Production Planning and Coordination Skills
• Skills in tracing, analyzing, and solving problems
• Having knowledge of steel manufacturing and metallurgy is an advantage
• Highly responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure
• Candidates living in Ba Ria Vung Tau or those able to relocate to Ba Ria Vung Tau for work are preferred.
• English: proficient in communication and reporting.
