Chemical Preparation Staff

• Perform the medium preparation task professionally, accurately, honestly and safely
• Preparing suitable equipments, RO water before preparation of medium
• Weighing, coding as the required specifications and within the required time frame. Make sure the medium is prepared on time and correctly
• Label each medium container with the unique media identity 
• Keep all records and notebooks in good order including date of prepare, date of storage and medium storage location.
• Support leader to clean the room and transfer medium from media preparation room to the sample preparation room.
• Ensure that the media preparation room is kept tidy and that all equipment is switched off at the end of the day
• Comply with QHSE policy  
• Cooperating with other teams to reach target
• Other duties as requested by Supervisor 

• College graduation with related background

• Good communication skill
