Chief Accountant/ Kế Toán Trưởng

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Oversee daily accounting operations: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Payroll
• Review and approve all payments in accordance with company policies
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
• Work with external auditors to ensure timely and compliant audited financial statements

Inventory & Cost Control

• Ensure accurate inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Conduct and supervise cycle counts and stock-takes
• Ensure alignment between physical inventory, ERP system, and Customs data

Tax & Compliance

• Manage tax compliance including VAT, CIT, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with Tax Authorities for tax filings, audits, and VAT refunds

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Provide financial analysis and forecasts to support budgeting, pricing, and investment decisions
• Work with departments to build annual budgets
• Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct review meetings with department heads

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal departments to ensure financial control and operational efficiency
• Support ERP/finance system improvements and process optimization

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned by CFO

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in manufacturing (preferably garment/textile) is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (VAS, IFRS) and tax regulations
• Solid experience in financial reporting, costing, and inventory accounting
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Technical Skills

• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills
