CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain internal control procedures.
• Coordinate and cooperate with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff.
• Communicate with foriegn business partners(utilizing English or Mandarin Chinese as needed).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably as a Chief Accountant.  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (IFRS)
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in either English or Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• Experience working in a multinational company.
• Experience with international accounting software.
