Chief Accountant

V-Probes Holdings Corporation, an FDI processing & manufacturing company is seeking for a Chief Accountant working in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is responsible for taking charge of the accounting department, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights directly to top management.

Responsibilities

· Manage and monitor all accounting and tax functions, including the preparation of financial statements, statutory accounts, and tax filings.

· Prepare monthly tax declarations (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT,...), financial reports according to regulations, annual tax settlement records, annual financial reports according to current regulations sent to competent authorities;

· Safeguard transparency and confidentiality in financial management.

· Ensure compliance with laws and accounting standards.

· Prepare local file for transfer pricing engaged with outsource service.

· Supervise and guide the accounting team.

· Develop and analyze budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.

· Group reporting.

· Manage payroll functions and leading HR matters.

· Advise the management board on financial matters.

· Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.

· Handle additional tasks assigned by senior management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

· A valid Chief Accountant certification is required.

· Previous experience in manufacturing/export companies is preferred.

· Strong skills in Excel; familiar with MISA, and similar systems.

· Good understanding of banking procedures; high integrity and leadership qualities.

· Proficiency in English communication is a strong advantage. English resume is required.
