Job Description

  • Work closely with capacity planning/launch management team to oversee mid-term plan basing on sales order for short term demand and forecast (MPS) for mid-term demand.
  • Interpret and reflect offered capacity at planning work center level, mapping required capacity in main and sub processes to see any gap from offered capacity.
  • Deliver production planning daily/weekly/monthly report, and KPIs include Production Daily Report, Weekly SDP Tracking,
  • Tracking from Daily Schedule & Execution, Aging Back Order, etc. to review production performance compared to goals and giving out actions to close the gap if any.
  • Responsible for weekly production order conversion and providing daily production schedule.
  • Ensuring production planning master data and parameters are updated on time by periodical review
  • Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects as required and other duties assigned by direct manager

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years working experience in production planning area at senior level upwards in manufacturing environment.

  • Must have experience work in metal processing/motobike components/funiture manufacturing.

  • Fluent in English communication skill.

  • Open minded communicator with awareness of cultural differences

  • Good team player because of cross-functional working

  • Strength in thinking in complex context

  • Readiness of mind for production techniques and methods
