Job Description

Soạn thảo, quản lý và bổ sung, sửa đổi các văn bản liên quan đến chính sách rủi ro trong công ty tuân thủ các quy định của Pháp luật và Ngân hàng nhà nước, khẩu vị rủi ro được phê duyệt và phù hợp với hoạt động kinh doanh từng thời kỳ.
Draft, manage, and update risk policy documents within the company to ensure compliance with legal regulations and the State Bank of Vietnam, align with approved risk appetite, and adapt to business activities in each period.
Đánh giá phân tích tác động của chính sách quy định pháp luật tới hoạt động của Công ty, đánh giá diễn biến, xu hướng của thị trường tài chính tiêu dùng, đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện chính sách, quy trình, sản phẩm cho vay và quản lý sau vay.
Assess and analyze the impact of legal policies on the company's operations, monitor financial market trends, and propose solutions to improve policies, processes, lending products, and post-loan management.
Tham gia thẩm định, đề xuất bổ sung các chốt chặn kiểm soát đối với các sản phẩm/quy định/quy trình nghiệp vụ tạo ra yếu tố rủi ro và báo cáo quản trị định kỳ/theo yêu cầu về rủi ro tới các cấp có thẩm quyền.
Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of additional control checkpoints for products, regulations, and operational processes that introduce risk factors; provide periodic and on-demand risk management reports to the relevant authorities.
Đầu mối cho ý kiến các văn bản nội bộ của công ty, các văn bản do các đơn vị khác trong công ty soạn thảo và xin ý kiến bao gồm nhưng không hạn chế các văn bản về phát triển sản phẩm, thẩm định, vận hành, thu hồi nợ, các phòng rủi ro khác, pháp chế và tuân thu, tài chính kế hoạch ...
Act as the focal point for reviewing internal documents of the company, as well as documents drafted by other departments, including but not limited to product development, appraisal, operations, debt collection, risk management, compliance, legal, and financial planning.
Tham gia đào tạo các nội dung liên quan đến quản trị rủi ro tín dụng cho hệ thống.
Conduct training sessions on credit risk management for the organization.
Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc bằng cấp tương đương chuyên ngành liên quan đến Tài chính, Kinh tế, Ngân hàng
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Banking.
Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm công tác tại bộ phận thuộc quản trị rủi ro tín dụng; thẩm định phê duyệt, kiểm tra kiểm soát nội bộ, kiểm toán nội bộ hoặc các bộ phận khác tương đương tại các mảng tín dụng, thẻ, ngân hàng bán lẻ …
Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management, appraisal and approval, internal control, internal audit, or equivalent roles in credit, cards, or retail banking.
Nắm vững cơ chế, quy chế, quy trình, quy định của Ngân hàng Nhà nước, ngành tài chính về tín dụng, quản trị rủi ro
Strong knowledge of the State Bank of Vietnam’s regulations, financial industry rules, and credit risk management frameworks.
Kỹ năng quản lý hệ thống và báo cáo
Proficiency in system management and reporting.
Am hiểu về các dịch vụ tài chính tiêu dùng, quy trình, sản phẩm, các mô hình bán hàng, các quy trình rủi ro và tài chính.
Deep understanding of consumer financial services, products, sales models, risk processes, and financial operations.
