      Job Description

      • Quản lý hiệu quả tài chính trong phạm vi được phân công thông qua các quy định của AEON Finance nhằm giảm thiểu rủi ro trong quá trình thực hiện công việc của đơn vị.
        Manage financial efficiency within the assigned scope in compliance with AEON Finance regulations to minimize risks during the unit’s operations.
      • Kiểm soát việc xây dựng và quản lý kế hoạch tài chính, quản lý chi phí.
        Control the development and management of financial plans and cost management activities.
      • Xây dựng các chính sách/quy định về quản lý tài chính và quản lý hiệu quả tài chính của Công ty.
        Develop policies and regulations related to financial management and the Company’s financial performance management.
      • Giám sát và điều phối triển khai dự án/mảng công việc theo phân công (công tác kế hoạch/dự báo/giám sát kết quả tài chính/ngân sách chi phí hoạt động).
        Supervise and coordinate assigned projects/workstreams, including planning, forecasting, monitoring financial results, and managing operational expense budgets.
      • Thực hiện xây dựng các cơ chế chính sách định mức về tài chính.
        Develop financial frameworks, policies, and financial norms/guidelines.
      • Tham mưu các vấn đề liên quan đến tài chính cho các đơn vị (hiệu quả tài chính, phương án kinh doanh….).
        Provide financial advisory support to business units regarding financial performance, business plans, and related matters.
      • Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao.
        Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

      Job Requirement

      • Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính/Kế toán/MIS,…
        Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related fields.
      • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các tổ chức tín dụng ở các vị trí Kinh tế/Tài chính/Kế toán.
        Minimum of 5 years of working experience in financial institutions in Economics, Finance, or Accounting positions.
      • Có khả năng hiểu và giao tiếp Tiếng Anh.
        Good command of English communication and comprehension skills.
      • Có khả năng quản trị Tài chính.
        Strong financial management capability.
      • Có khả năng quản trị rủi ro tài chính.
        Strong financial risk management capability.
      • Có khả năng dự báo thông tin.
        Ability to analyze and forecast information/data.
