Chuyên viên Cao Cấp Nghiên cứu thị trường (Market Research Senior Specialist)

• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer/ clients’ insights to support business strategy and product innovation.
• Conduct in-dept analyze of industry trends, consumers behaviors, B2B clients needs, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to identify business growth potential
• Equip internal with latest market dynamics, regulatory changes and factors affect the coconut industry.
• Conduct custom research to enhance market understanding and support decision-making.
• Evaluate category and product portfolio across markets, ensuring alignment with consumer preferences and industry trends
• Collaborate with external business partners to conduct insight-based ideation/ co-creation workshops.
• Work closely with NPD to provide insights for new product developemt & product strategy by market B2B Client Service.
• Partner with the Sales team to develop market update presentations for key clients.
• Providing B2B clients with actionable market insights and product strategy recommendations. Data Analysis & Reporting.
• Leverage market insights, client feedback, and internal sales data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Develop presentations and reports to support product innovation, category expansion, and market penetration.
• Support R&D to conduct surveys to refine new product launches (upon request)

• 3+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, & strategy (preferably in B2B industries).
• Experience with desk research, using Mintel, Euromonitor data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights effectively to stakeholders.
• English communication and presentation skills are required
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation.
• Proficiency in market research tools, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience in B2B industries is a plus
