      Job Description

      • Đảm bảo các chính sách, quy định sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu của hoạt động Kinh doanh.
        Ensure product policies and regulations meet the requirements of business operations.
      • Đảm bảo việc phối hợp cùng các đơn vị nghiệp vụ hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ triển khai sản phẩm một cách hiệu quả.
        Ensure effective coordination with business units in guiding and supporting product implementation.
      • Đảm bảo danh mục sản phẩm đạt các chỉ tiêu tài chính đã được Ban lãnh đạo giao.
        Ensure the product portfolio achieves the financial targets assigned by the Management Board.
      • Xây dựng và soạn thảo các văn bản quy định, thể lệ sản phẩm, quy trình bán sản phẩm phù hợp với đặc điểm từng kênh bán hàng và định hướng phát triển mạng lưới kinh doanh của Công ty trong từng thời kỳ.
        Develop and draft product regulations, product terms and conditions, and sales procedures aligned with the characteristics of each sales channel and the Company’s business network development strategy in each period.
      • Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để xác định chính sách, quy định, quy trình sản phẩm mới & cải tiến sản phẩm hiện hữu.
        Coordinate with related departments to establish policies, regulations, and procedures for new products and improve existing products.
      • Phối hợp các đơn vị liên quan để đưa sản phẩm mới lên hệ thống và triển khai bán sản phẩm ra thị trường.
        Coordinate with relevant units to launch new products on the system and implement product sales in the market.
      • Khảo sát và đánh giá nhu cầu của thị trường cho vay tiêu dùng theo đặc điểm từng phân khúc khách hàng, vùng miền khác nhau.
        Conduct surveys and assess consumer lending market demand based on customer segments and regional characteristics.
      • Khảo sát và đánh giá ưu/nhược điểm của sản phẩm so với đối thủ cạnh tranh; đưa ra nhận định và giải pháp cải tiến sản phẩm trên cơ sở kết quả phân tích thị trường.
        Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of products compared to competitors and propose product improvement solutions based on market analysis results.
      • Soạn thảo các tài liệu triển khai sản phẩm: Q&A, mẫu biểu, hướng dẫn ….
        Prepare product implementation materials such as Q&A documents, templates, and user guidelines.
      • Hỗ trợ đơn vị kinh doanh và các đơn vị nghiệp vụ giải đáp, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến quy định, quy trình, chính sách sản phẩm.
        Support business and operational units in resolving issues related to product regulations, procedures, and policies.

      Job Requirement

      • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh.
        Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • Đã làm việc trực tiếp trong ngành tài chính, ngân hàng hoặc lĩnh vực khác có liên quan đến chuyên môn tài chính, ngân hàng từ 3 năm trở lên.
        Minimum of 3 years of direct working experience in finance, banking, or other related fields.
      • Ưu tiên: có kinh nghiệm làm việc trực tiếp đến chuyên môn phát triển sản phẩm trong ngành tài chính, ngân hàng từ 02 năm trở lên.
        Preferred: At least 2 years of direct experience in product development within the finance or banking industry.
      • Có khả năng hiểu & giao tiếp Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
        Basic English communication and comprehension skills.
      • Hiểu và có khả năng vận dụng các khái niệm, quy luật, quy trình cơ bản của lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng trong việc thiết kế sản phẩm và xây dựng quy trình vận hành sản phẩm.
        Understand and apply fundamental concepts, principles, and processes in finance and banking for product design and operational process development.
      • Kỹ năng sử dụng Word, Excel, PowerPoint thành thạo.
        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Có khả năng xử lý dữ liệu để phân tích, tổng hợp, thiết kế báo cáo; tài liệu sản phẩm.
        Ability to process data for analysis, reporting, and preparation of product documentation.
      • Có khả năng soạn thảo văn bản (quy trình, quy định, chính sách sản phẩm…).
        Ability to draft documents such as procedures, regulations, and product policies.
      • Có khả năng tiếp thị, điều tra dự báo thị trường.
        Ability to conduct marketing activities and market research/forecasting.
