      Job Description

      • Xây dựng và phát triển sản phẩm, chương trình tín dụng tiêu dùng phù hợp chiến lược công ty.
        Develop and improve consumer credit products and programs in alignment with the company’s strategy.
      • Quản lý vòng đời sản phẩm, đảm bảo tự động theo dõi, cân đối rủi ro, hiệu quả.
        Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring automated monitoring, risk balance, and efficiency.
      • Phối hợp các bộ phận triển khai quy trình, chương trình bán hàng, chính sách sản phẩm.
        Coordinate with departments to implement processes, sales programs, and product policies.
      • Nghiên cứu thị trường, xu hướng, sản phẩm đối thủ, nhu cầu khách hàng
        Conduct market research, identify trends, competitor products, and customer needs
      • Đề xuất và thiết kế sản phẩm mới/ điều chỉnh sản phẩm, chương trình hiện tại
        Propose and design new products or adjust existing products and programs
      • Làm việc với các đơn vị nghiệp vụ, CNTT, Pháp chế, RRTD, ... để thiết kế quy trình, chính sách và triển khai sản phẩm.
        Collaborate with business units, IT, Legal, Risk Management, etc. to design processes, policies, and deploy products
      • Soạn thảo các văn bản triển khai, quy trình, hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ, câu hỏi thường gặp
        Draft implementation documents, procedures, operating guidelines, and FAQs
      • Quản lý danh mục sản phẩm, theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả sản phẩm để đề xuất điều chỉnh
        Manage the product portfolio, monitor and evaluate product performance to suggest improvements
      • Hỗ trợ các đơn vị vận hành, bán hàng trong quá trình triển khai sản phẩm
        Support operations and sales teams during product implementation
      • Các nhiệm vụ khác do ban lãnh đạo phân giao trong từng thời kỳ
        Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time  

      Job Requirement

      • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan
        Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields
      • Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong linh vực tài chính tiêu dùng hoặc tương đương
        At least 2 years of experience in consumer finance or equivalent field
      • Tiếng Anh 4 kỹ năng ở mức khá trở lên
        Good command of all four English skills
      • Khả năng tư duy phân tích và xử lý số liệu
        Analytical thinking and data processing skills
      • Khả năng giao tiếp, phối hợp đa phòng ban
        Communication and cross-department collaboration skills
      • Sử dụng tốt các công cụ Excel, PowerPoint, Word; BI Tools, SQL là lợi thế registry).
        Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; BI tools and SQL are advantageous
