Chuyên viên Cơ giới Nông Nghiệp (Làm việc tại Attapue, Lào)

- Điều phối, sắp xếp xe cơ giới thực hiện các công việc chăm sóc mía theo kế hoạch.
Coordinate and assign machinery to perform sugarcane care tasks (weeding, fertilizing, row cutting, ridging) as planned.
- Theo dõi tiến độ, hiệu quả công việc hàng ngày của tài xế và phương tiện.
Monitor daily work progress and efficiency of vehicles and drivers.
-Tạo lệnh cấp dầu và theo dõi định mức nhiên liệu từng xe.
Issue and monitor fuel allocations and consumption for each vehicle.
- Nghiệm thu công việc để ghi nhận nợ cho khách hàng/nông dân.
Verify completed work and record service debt for customers/farmers.
- Theo dõi hệ thống GPS các xe cơ giới.
Monitor the GPS system of vehicles to ensure proper usage.
- Cập nhật dữ liệu và theo dõi trên hệ thống ERP.
Update and track data in the ERP system.
- Tổng hợp, lưu trữ, phân tích và báo cáo định kỳ.
Compile, analyze, and report vehicle operations and performance.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác như kỹ thuật, vận hành, tài chính.
Coordinate with other departments such as technical, operations, finance.
- Đề xuất cải tiến về phương pháp quản lý, vận hành xe.
Propose improvements in vehicle management and service methods.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học ngành cơ khí nông nghiệp, kỹ thuật cơ giới, kỹ thuật nông nghiệp hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  College or University degree in agricultural engineering, mechanical or related field
  
• Ưu tiên biết tiếng Lào hoặc tiếng Anh căn bản
  Basic Lao or English language skills preferred
  
• Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan
  At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  
• Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính, phần mềm báo cáo và ERP
  Proficient in using computer, reporting software and ERP
  
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt
  Good communication and teamwork skills
