      Job Description

      • Directly perform tasks related to preparing quotations and bids/tenders for the Company’s services;
      • Participate in negotiating commercial contracts, monitor the project/service contracts currently being implemented by the Company, and handle any arising issues (if any).
      • Confirm payments and invoices for the services directly monitored; prepare reports and summaries on the execution of the project/service upon completion.
      • Implement customer relationship management, public relations, promotion of the Company’s image, organization of events, and business development activities.
      • Act as the focal point for coordinating among the Company’s departments/divisions to carry out external relations, communications, and press/media activities.
      • Possess quantity take-off skills for manpower; machinery and equipment; major materials; consumables.
      • Have a good understanding of fabrication market prices in Vietnam and relevant regulations.
      • Clarify issues related to scope of work, technical requirements, and schedule (checking work items/task lists, BOQ/quantity estimates, design documents, material standards/samples, materials, equipment, etc.);
      • Coordinate with relevant units to clarify design documents and material samples/standards, materials, and equipment;
      • Coordinate with relevant units to obtain information on construction conditions, construction methods, and construction schedule.
      • Research/study and analyze market conditions to propose solutions, approaches, and orientations for market expansion and service development.

      Job Requirement

      • Gender: Male applicants only.
      • Education: University degree or higher, majoring in Engineering (Onshore segment) or in Commerce, Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, and Economic Law (Offshore segment).
      • Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in an equivalent position or higher; preference will be given to candidates with experience in carrying out commercial work for projects/tender packages in the oil and gas sector (including preparing bid prices, reviewing and negotiating key contract terms with clients, contractors, etc.).
      • Skills/Experience: Experience and skills in quantity take-off for manpower; machinery and equipment; major materials; consumables, and in handling issues related to scope of work, technical requirements, and schedule (checking work items/task lists, BOQ/quantity estimates, design documents, material standards/samples, materials, equipment, etc.).
      • Knowledge: Good understanding of fabrication market prices in Vietnam and relevant regulations.
      • Documentation: Experience in effectively handling documents in English and Vietnamese (drafting official letters, emails, procedures, etc.).
      • Working style: Dynamic, able to work independently and proactive at work.
      • Work pressure & travel: Able to work under pressure and able to travel for business domestically and internationally.
      • English proficiency: Fluent and proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and holding a minimum foreign language certificate of TOEIC 750 or IELTS 6.5 or higher.
      • Professionalism: Professional working manner, high sense of responsibility, honest, dynamic, eager to learn and progress, and able to work independently.
