Job Description

- Phụ trách các sản phẩm trong ngành sơn, mực in, bột màu, … hóa chất, và một số sản phẩm khác liên quan.
- Duy trì mối quan hệ và hỗ trợ kịp thời với các khách hàng sẵn có của công ty.
- Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và phát triển khách hàng mới, giới thiệu sản phẩm của công ty, đến tham văn phòng, nhà máy của khách, chuẩn bị mẫu test, gửi mẫu cho khách và theo sát tiến độ test mẫu.
- Lên kế hoạch, đề xuất và thực hiện các chiến lược, chiến thuật phát triển kinh doanh dưới sự chỉ đạo toàn diện của cấp trên và tuân thủ quy trình công ty.
- Theo dõi đơn hàng và chịu trách nhiệm thu hồi công nợ.
- Giải quyết thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng liên quan đến công việc kinh doanh.
- Báo cáo định kỳ và phát sinh theo yêu cầu từ cấp trên
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

Job Description

Take full responsibility for the company’s products in the coating, ink, pigment, and chemical sectors, as well as other relevant industrial materials.
Maintain strong relationships and provide timely support to existing customers.
New Customer Development:
- Introduce company products.
- Visit customer offices and factories.
- Prepare and send the samples for testing.
- Follow up the testing process and results.
Sales planning and execute business development strategies and tactics under the guidance of management, make sure compliance with company procedures.
Monitor customer orders, take full responsibility for debt collection from customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to sales and service.
Prepare and submit regular reports and ad-hoc reports as requirements from supervisors.
Support cross-functional teams when needed by line managers or upper management.

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt ( hoặc tiếng Trung) : level có thể trao đổi trong công việc, tham dự cuộc họp và viết report.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng trở lên các trường chuyên ngành về hóa chất, kỹ thuật hoặc kinh tế hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên hoạt động trong ngành sơn, mực in, bột màu..., ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng B2B, dịch vụ kỹ thuật, ứng viên làm việc trong ngành hóa chất.
- Hiểu biết về lĩnh vực nguyên vật liệu sơn mực in, phụ gia công nghiệp.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp đàm phán tốt, khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm, chịu được áp lực công việc.
- Có tính kỷ luật và tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc.
- Thành thạo Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel và PowerPoint báo cáo.

Requirements:

- Good command of English (or Chinese) – able to communicate effectively at work, meetings, and reports)
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the coating, ink industry. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, technical services, or those who have worked in the chemical industry.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of raw materials and additives used in coating, ink, pigment industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Capable of working under pressure.
- High sense of discipline and responsibility.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
