• SQL cơ bản: tự truy vấn, đối chiếu và kiểm tra dữ liệu trên SQL Server để làm rõ yêu cầu và xác nhận kết quả.

Basic SQL: independently query, cross-check, and validate data on SQL Server to clarify requirements and verify results.

• Kiểm thử nghiệm thu: xây dựng test case, tổ chức và điều phối UAT cùng phòng nghiệp vụ, nghiệm thu so với yêu cầu ban đầu.

Acceptance testing: build test cases, organise and coordinate UAT with business units, sign off against original requirements.

• Giao tiếp liên phòng ban: khai thác và chốt yêu cầu với người dùng nghiệp vụ;truyền đạt rõ ràng cho Dev/Tester và vendor.

Cross-functional communication: elicit and finalise requirements with business users; communicate clearly to Dev/Tester and vendors.

• Tiếng Anh: đọc – viết tài liệu kỹ thuật và nghiệp vụ tốt.

English: good reading and writing of technical and business documents.

• Kinh nghiệm [2–3 năm] ở vị trí Business Analyst; ưu tiên lĩnh vực bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ hoặc tài chính.

Experience: [2–3 years] as a Business Analyst; non-life insurance (GI) or financial services background preferred.

• Bằng cấp: Đại học trở lên — CNTT, Hệ thống Thông tin Quản lý, Tài chính – Bảo hiểm hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

Degree: University or above — IT, Management Information Systems, Insurance & Finance, or a related field.

• Hiểu quy trình nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ từ bán hàng, thẩm định, cấp đơn, thu phí đến bồi thường

Understanding of the GI policy lifecycle from sales, underwriting, policy issuance, premium collection to claims

• Kinh nghiệm dự án Core Insurance (PolicyAdministration, Claim Management, Endorsement) hoặc Agent Portal. APIintegration & data mapping với đối tác B2B2C/bancassurance.

Core Insurance project experience (Policy Administration, Claim Management, Endorsement) or Agent Portal. API integration & data mapping with B2B2C/bancassurance partners.

• Thành thạo JIRA,Confluence, Visio, Figma, Postman. Chứng chỉ CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum.

Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Postman. CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certificates.
