Chuyên viên pháp chế

• Participate in reviewing the Company’s contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to departments upon request.
• Represent the Company in disputes and litigation as assigned.
• Monitor and update changes in legal regulations and ensure the Company’s compliance activities.
• Handle compliance violation cases as assigned.
• Conduct training within the scope of the department’s responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; preference given to graduates from Universities of Law or Economics and Law
• At least 2 years of experience; candidates with experience in pharmaceutical distribution or the pharmaceutical industry are preferred

• Strong ability to work independently, in teams, and collaborate effectively across departments
