Tìm kiếm nguồn khách hàng / Finding customers resource
Xây dựng, duy trì quan hệ với chủ đầu tư, tư vấn, nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp để nắm bắt cơ hội. / Build and maintain relationships with investors, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to capture opportunities.
Chuẩn bị báo giá, hồ sơ đấu thầu. / Preparation of quotation, tender documents Liên lạc khách hàng, soạn hợp đồng kinh tế. / Contact customer and compose contract for project.
Theo dõi quá trình thi công và tiến độ của dự án. / Follow up projects processing
Thực hiện những công việc trước và sau dự án. / Before and After – project service
Trực tiếp tham gia điều hành, hỗ trợ dự án khi cấp trên yêu cầu / Deploying direct, support project when have BD Manager request
Tiếp nhận thông tin khiếu nại từ KH, báo cáo cho trưởng phòng PTKD và gửi thông tin phòng ban có liên quan để xử lý. / Receive customer complaints, report to the BDM, and forward the information to the relevant departments for resolution.
Báo cáo tuần / Submission of weekly report
Nhiệm vụ khác khi được giao bởi cấp trên. / Other tasks as required from the Manager.

Đã tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên/College graduate or higher
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)./Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản/Basic English communication
Thật thà, trung thực, cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm /Honest, conscientious, careful, responsible
Nhanh nhẹn, tư duy tốt/Agile, good thinking skills
