Determine the scope of work, objectives, and requirements of the project.
Develop a detailed plan: schedule, resources, budget.
Monitor and update implementation progress.
Adjust the plan when changes or risks arise.
Monitor actual costs against the planned budget.
Propose cost savings or adjustments
Analyze and assess potential risks.
Develop a risk response and mitigation plan.
Assign tasks to members.
Ensure effective coordination between related departments.
Update project information to superiors and stakeholders.
Prepare periodic reports: progress, cost, quality
Monitor compliance with technical standards and procedures
Inspect and accept work items.
Appraise and advise on contractor selection plans of Member Units for approved Projects.
Advise on approval of project items or new asset investment items of Member Units.
Review, appraise & advise on the effectiveness of projects and asset investment items of Member Units.
Organize supervision and monitoring of progress, implementation costs, quality of project items or new investment items of Member Units
Evaluate the effectiveness of a number of projects & new investment items as required by the Board of Directors.
Participate as a member of the project management board at Member Units.
Establish and implement new projects
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Consult on the development of regulatory documents related to asset investment management and project investment of member units.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction-related disciplines.

Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý dự án.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management.
