Indefol Solar is a fast-growing renewable energy company developing large-scale solar, green hydrogen, and sustainable infrastructure projects for global markets.

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Corporate Finance Specialist with a strong passion for capital raising, project financing, and strategic financial partnerships. This role is ideal for professionals from Corporate Banking or Project Finance backgrounds who are eager to work on high-impact financing deals and large-scale renewable energy projects.

You will work directly with executive leadership, banks, investors, and strategic partners to structure financing solutions and drive the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and financing activities with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Structure and execute debt financing, project financing, and capital raising solutions for company projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate banking partners and funding institutions.
• Prepare financial models, credit proposals, investment materials, and lender presentations.
• Support loan structuring, financing negotiations, and investment discussions.
• Analyze project feasibility, cash flow, and funding capability to support financing decisions.
• Work closely with management on funding strategy and long-term capital planning.

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Project Finance, or related financing roles at banks or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of corporate lending, debt financing, and capital raising processes.
• Good financial analysis, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with financial modelling and project cash flow analysis.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience in fundraising, project financing, or working with investors and financial institutions.
• Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is a strong advantage.
• CFA / CMA / CPA certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with investment funds, international lenders, or institutional financing partners is preferred.
