Chuyên viên trách nhiệm xã hội/CSR compliance

• Conduct daily compliance tasks and prepare documents for clients, third-party auditors, and government audits.

• Manage and oversee social compliance activities at the factory.

• Provide support, training, and effective communication to partners as needed.

• Learn and stay updated on local labor, wage, and safety laws; labor contracts; client codes of conduct; and international human rights standards (such as WRAP, BSCI, SMETA, etc.).

• Participate in cross-audits across different sites/factories.

• Update and maintain legal documents and international standards related to social compliance.

• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements to support smooth and lawful company operations.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

• University/College degree in Law, environment or social fields depending on the responsibility area

• At least 2 years of experience in social compliance

• Has experience in garment/textile/washing manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, etc. either.

•  Knowledge of local legislation and main trends in the local market on social compliance.

• English is preferable
