Job Description

To review architectural & structural design from concept stage up to construction details for Ashton and Millennium projects and other sites assigned by Plant engineering director.
Perform audit checks/quality checks through site walk at construction site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specification and contract.
To do quantity survey / take off the bill of quantity.
Site coordination, site inspection.
Coordinate construction material deliveries.
Supervise selected contractors or vendors for the project.
To review all the Civil, Architectural and Structural (CAS) design, shop drawing submitted by contractors.
To review the as built drawings after completing the project.
Collaborate with C&F manager, QA/QC and ME engineers etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Propose needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Follow up, monitor all CAS construction operations and intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Bachelor’s degree in architecture and civil from a recognized university and certified Class 1 Project management/supervision.
Between 5-7 year’s relevant working experience preferably in factory & office project.
Proficiency at Auto Cad, good knowledge of MS Office, MS project.
Proven experience for architectural & structural design.
Good understanding of building design, detailing, building codes, Vietnamese authority submission procedures and the project implementation process is essential
Ability to work under high pressure.
Ability to work independently but contact other teams for information.
Technical English (must be an advantage).
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
Design or equivalent certification will be an advantage
