Job Description

  1. Prepare, manage, review the civil & structural engineering, technical specifications in planning and execution of project.
  2. Prepare, manage, control procurement and costing (including project build-up costs) and site activities for civil & structural scope in planning and execution phase of project.
  3. Coordinate, manage and control stakeholders (engineers, vendors, end-users, contractors, suppliers) during engineering, execution, construction and commissioning to ensure timely and quality of the deliverables according to applicable codes, legal requirement, performance standards and technical & contract specifications.
  4. Contract management for civil engineering scope of works.
  5. Control and manage compliance of QA & QC by contractors and conduct inspections on-site and off-site.
  6. Manage civil engineering office desk works and project documentation required by authorities, technical, operation & maintenance.
  7. Comply with Company’s procedures and policies
  8. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior to support company operations and objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Graduated a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Possess MOC Certificate Grade I for civil industrial structure supervision, highway structure supervision and possess Project Management grade I (if any).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience preferably in industrial construction, infrastructure projects.
  • Possess good knowledge in civil engineering and capable to understand and use civil engineering software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro or similar software, Autocad, Microsoft Office namely Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
  • Involved in project cost build-up and knowledgeable in construction & investment law and governmental procedure related to investment.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills for managing stakeholders.
  • Possess good and positive work attitude & morality and able to multi-task and work systematically.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel to sites within Vietnam for project execution and supervision works especially Tay Ninh.
  • Able to converse and write in Vietnamese and English.
