TNTN is program korean specialist physical education for kid

• Stores all data of TNTN classes tracks children's bookings and class schedule changes, Checks class schedules, Manages customer lists.
• Responsible for consulting with direct customers and online channels such as Instagram and Facebook while regularly updating revenue and updating data regularly to keep management informed.
• Regularly update children's data from the beginning of the course until the end of the course.
• Translating TNTN class documents upon request.
• Work support for teachers while in class.
• Store inventory data of TNTN
• Research and find suppliers to buy supplies for TNTN classrooms.
• Make advance payments and fully repay the advance amount to the accounting department.
• Contact old customers and seek new customers to boost sales.
• Organize and conduct extracurricular classes
• Other tasks as requested by management.
• Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Off 1 day a week, not off on Saturday and Sunday).

Require

• 1-2 years of sales & admin experience
• Age: 18 - 32 years old
• Requirements: Good English communication
• Good sales skills and good excel skills
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Love children
