Job Description

Welcome, classify and guide customers.
Receive booking information and respond to customer inquiries.
Introduce and consult the product, service to customer.
Input customer information into the Laboratory Information System (LIS)/Hospital Information System (HIS) and process payments.
Update information about products and services, prices, promotional programs and events for customers.
Manage and store customer records and related documents, ensuring the confidentiality of all data according to company regulations. Sharing customer data with other parties without proper permission from the company is strictly prohibited.
Scheduling pre- and post-test consultations for customers (if applicable).
Monitor and provide hard copy of results to customers according to the procedure.
Handle customer questions, complaints accurately and professionally.
Respond the phone calls and emails professionally (if applicable).

Verbal Communication, Strong customer service skills
English communication is an advantage.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Strong phone and complaints handle skills along with active listening.
To be thorough and pay strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
Previous customer service experience, especially in particular healthcare sector, preferred
