IT Intern

Work Location: VSIP 1 – Binh Duong

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of new functional requirements for the DMS system.
• Build reports and stored procedures to extract and process data from MS SQL Server.
• Assist in developing simple tools and applications (interfaces, single‑purpose utilities, etc.).
• Participate in software testing activities to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support documentation of software requirements and technical specifications.

HR Intern

Work Location: Nhon Trạch – Đồng Nai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in checking daily attendance, tracking leave days, and monitoring employee tardiness/early departures.
• Support collecting and entering data related to salaries, bonuses, allowances, and penalties (KPIs, overtime) into the system/Excel.
• Organize, store, and update employment contracts, new hire records, and other personnel documents.
• Support tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, and basic personal income tax procedures.

Training & Marketing Intern

Work Location: VSIP 1 – Binh Duong

Key Responsibilities:

• Support filming video clips and executing online training programs.
• Assist in implementing internal communication and marketing campaigns.

Planning Intern

Work Location: VSIP 1 – Binh Duong

Key Responsibilities:

• Control Work‑In‑Process (WIP).
• Issue new Work Orders (WOs) based on the production schedule.
• Track actual production schedules and progress.
• Monitor daily progress of all production orders, promptly identifying delays or changes.
• Update notes and remarks in the daily production plan to ensure accuracy.

Eligibility

• Majors: Any majors
• Working Time: Available to work at least 4 days per week.
• Internship Duration: 4-6 months based on department.
