COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS MANAGER (LONG AN)

· Launch and operate the cold chain logistics business in Southern Vietnam.

· Manage the entire supply chain, including refrigerated and frozen transportation, warehousing, and delivery.

· Negotiate and manage partnerships, quality control, and cost management.

· Conduct sales and propose solutions to customers, primarily Japanese companies.

· Manage and develop the team.

· Ensure operations comply with the quality standards of the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Group in Japan.

· Manage cold chain collection and delivery.

·       Practical experience in setting up a new business from scratch in cold chain logistics.

·       Experience in cold chain logistics business in Southern Vietnam.

·       Understanding of Japanese company quality standards.

·       Knowledge of domestic land transportation in Vietnam.

·       Warehouse and truck management experience.

·       Experience working for a Japanese company

·       Understanding of Japanese company quality standards.

·       Management experience; business communication skills in English (required).
