1. Procurement & Vendor Management (35%)
Source, evaluate, and develop local and international suppliers.
Negotiate, prepare, and manage the execution of domestic and international purchasing contracts.
Classify, monitor, and evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery.
Monitor purchasing price history; analyze market trends and forecast price fluctuations.
Coordinate with related service partners, including logistics, transportation, and insurance providers.
2. Order Management (35%)
International Purchasing
Work closely with overseas suppliers and logistics/insurance partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to issue and confirm purchase orders; prepare and handle international trade, insurance, and shipping documents.
Domestic Purchasing
Work with local suppliers and logistics/insurance partners.
Place, track, and confirm domestic purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
3. Supply Chain Customer Experience – Sales Order Management (20%)
Receive, communicate, and confirm sales orders from strategic customers.
Coordinate internally and work with the Sales Department to:
Issue quotations
Provide information on quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and delivery documents
Monitor and manage sales contracts for strategic customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management (10%)
Receive and handle customer requests related to supplier evaluation.
Coordinate with internal departments to prepare and complete required documentation as requested by customers.
5. Other Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in international purchasing; hands-on experience working with logistics and insurance partners is required.
Strong data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory); knowledge of Power Pivot, Power Query, or Power BI is a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with proven negotiation capability and logical, well-structured presentation skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import and distribution companies, particularly in precious metals, FMCG, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
