• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, logistics, or business coordination role (internship experience may be considered for entry-level candidates).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of and willingness to learn Solution Design is an advantage
