- Build sales plans, commercial calendars, trade programs, pricing/discount policies and growth directions by channel, region, brand or customer group.
- Manage, assign, monitor and support the Sales team in achieving sales targets, opening new customers, servicing existing customers and handling commercial issues.
- Work together with Sales to approach, acquire, care for and develop key accounts, hospitals, chains and strategic B2B partners.
- Plan and execute sales-supporting marketing activities, POSM, sales materials, campaigns, events/workshops and partner support programs.
- Work with brands/principals on commercial policies, support programs, margin, rebate, trade support, marketing support and related contracts/commercial agreements.
- Support the monitoring of accounts receivable, credit limit or payment information that may affect the sales plan, and coordinate reminders for Sales follow-up when needed.
- Support updates on orders, lead time, ETA, goods status or SOP-related information when these matters affect the sales plan, campaign or key account.
- Track pending tasks related to commercial, marketing and sales plans, remind task owners to update progress, and escalate business risks when required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Sales Management, Trade Marketing, Key Account or Business Development; team management experience is preferred.
- Understands revenue, margin, sales policies, discount mechanisms, commercial programs and B2B channel effectiveness.
- Able to assign targets, allocate work, monitor pipeline, coach Sales and drive team performance.
- Experience in approaching, acquiring, servicing or developing key customers, chains, hospitals or large B2B partners is an advantage.
- Able to build campaigns, POSM, sales materials, store support programs and brand visibility activities.
- Able to work with brands/principals, key customers and relevant stakeholders to achieve suitable commercial terms.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint; able to convert data into clear insights and action plans.
- Able to follow up, remind stakeholders, consolidate information, clarify task ownership and escalate at the right time.
- Proactive, ownership-minded, resilient under pressure, clear in communication, flexible and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent Vietnamese; English is an advantage when working with brands/principals or contract-related documents.
