Sales analysis follow by Retail
Sales Analysis across channels and categories.
Monthly Sales Reports.
Monitor Counter Stock Overview.
Yearly Business plan & Presentation
Ensure all teams understand brand expectations and commercial priorities.
2. Marketing Management
Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) planning, execution, reporting, and reconciliation.
Conduct Beauty Research for market insights.
Consolidate and maintain Annual Brand Calendar (Launch Schedule planning & tracking)
Control marketing activites for counters
Collaborate with marketing teams to localize brand campaigns.
Ensure marketing calendars, launches, and promotions follow brand direction.Oversee marketing activities, KOL/KOC, POSM, and in-store promotions.
Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Finance & Accounting for marketing budget tracking.
Partner with Logistic, Supply Chain & Retail Operations.
Align with internal departments and brand principals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related.
Minimum 5 years of experience, with 2–3 years in management.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or Retail preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Strong at English communication
