Communication & Engagement Specialist

Internal & External Communication

• Develop and manage communication content across channels (email, social media, website, etc.).

• Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver timely and effective communication campaigns.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute internal events, campaigns, and activities (e.g., townhall, team building, culture events)

• Gather employee feedback and propose improvement initiatives to enhance engagement.

• Develop communication materials to promote company values and culture.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and ensure timely hiring delivery.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent across various platforms.

Talent Development

• Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and internal learning campaigns.

• Develop communication materials to promote a learning culture within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communication, employer branding, or HR-related roles.
• Experience in corporate/internal communication or employer branding.
• Experience in organizing internal events or engagement programs.
• Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
