1. Content Planning & Development
• Develop annual and campaign-based content plans for corporate communications activities.
• Create and manage content across platforms, including website, internal newsletter, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), and media communications.
• Ensure content consistency in messaging, branding, and company positioning.
• Work with internal departments to develop content stories, business updates, employer branding content, and corporate branding content.
• Monitor content performance and propose improvements.
2. Corporate Communications & Events
Support the implementation of corporate events, campaigns, press conferences, grand openings, sponsorship and internal events in accordance with corporate communications guidelines.
3. Project Management
• Manage communication projects according to approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal departments and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project effectiveness in alignment with business and operational objectives.
4. Third-party Management
Monitor and manage agencies, suppliers, and other third parties to ensure quality and timelines.
5. Budget Administration
Monitor and control budgets for communication projects and activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in communications, content, digital communications, or related fields.
• Strong experience in content planning and content development across multiple platforms is a must.
• Good writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good design sense and familiar with basic design tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
