Compliance Deputy Manager

1. Management of Quality Management System – QMS (basing on ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and 21CFR Part 820 and Customer Requirement such as Brazil INMETRO, Kazakhstan INMETRO, Russia INMETRO, KPMG, Korea MFDS, etc)

2. Management of Environment, Health and Safety system- EHS (basing on ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015)

3. Management of Corporation Social Responsible system (basing on RBA and Sedex SMETA 4 pillars)

4. Manage Supplier audit about QMS, EHS, CSR and Chemical in Product (CiP) for product parts/ material.

5. Manage Resource for Department (Cost, Head count)

6. Establishing resource development plan and Educating member by on-the-job training (for Compliance members and other related members)

7. Manage Regulatory Affairs authorized by parent company OMRON Headquarter (CFS, Legalization, response customer requirement)

8. Manage Price Approval and Supplier Evaluation and Chosen for non-product stuff/tools/services.

9. Establishing short term, mid-term strategy and Department KPI

10. Evaluate actual and make improvement for Department

• University degree
• Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 605 or equivalent (business-level proficiency)
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in manufacturing
• Proficient in MS Office
