- Write regular content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Seeding comments using the company Social accounts.
- Research competitors, monitor trends, and creatively apply them to content strategies.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (followers, reach, engagement, CTR, etc.) to propose optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments (Design, Business, Marketing...) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Strong English writing skills (100% of the audience is native English speakers).
- Experienced in interacting with US customers via messages/comments is a must.
- At least 1 year of experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Youtube.
- Passionate about social media, fast learner, and trend-savvy.
