Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Content Creation
· Write and produce clear and attractive copy and visual wordings across formats: social posts, blog articles, landing pages, website, email/CRM, product descriptions, scripts, captions, and micro‑copy. (In VN & ENG)
· Adapt content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website).
· Creating various scripts for sales presentations on social media and other media types. (MC script, sales presentation script, testimonial script, interview script)
· Formulating a cross-platform content strategy and planning a Monthly Content Calendar for each social media platform based on Page Insight, marketing goals and feedback from various departments.
· Identify new content opportunities based on trends and performance data.
2. Social Media Execution
· Manage day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, and publishing across social channels.
· Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure content relevance.
· Engage with audience comments where needed.
3. Collaboration & Production Support
· Work closely with designers, video creators, and motion editors to create complete content packages.
· Prepare content briefs with clear objectives, tone, key messages, and platform requirements.
· Support the creative process from ideation to execution.
4. Quality & Optimization
· Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammar.
· Apply SEO best practices to long‑form content.
· Monitor, build and manage social media engagement rate
· Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and content standards.

Qualification and Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, advertising or related field.
