Controlling Assistant

Job Information:

Location: Etown Cong Hoa, Tan Binh District, HCM City

Time: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Description

· Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

· Collect, consolidate and validate financial data from different departments and systems.

· Assist in the coordination of financial planning and summaries for management and stakeholders.

· Contribute to the development of automated reporting and dashboards to transform data into valuable insights and enable real-time analysis

· Gain a comprehensive understanding of processes and ensure the seamless execution of harmonized projects

· Implement other tasks as required by manager from time to time

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• From 3 years in same or similar role
• Fluency in English 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP, as well as other financial systems, is required
• Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining
• Self-motivated with the ability to streamline processes and a strong passion for continuous learning and growth
• Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
• Must possess clear communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive level management
