Communicate with the customer (factory / manufacturer; trader; buyer, etc.) to receive, handle testing & inspection activities (booking information, quotation, customer feedback, etc.) in accordance with the procedures and requirements specified by TÜV Rheinland and / or customers.
Prepare the required documents and pre/ post-test includes technical documentation from customers, control samples, sample reserved.
Monitor projects planning, preparation, implementing and approving status.
Communicate and coordinate with internal/ external parties to assure the projects are planned, prepared and conducted timely and smoothly in compliance with all applicable requirements.
Complete test report, project handling (quotation, order, planning / scheduling, closing, invoice) via TÜV Rheinland systems and tools or clients’ systems if required.
Job Requirement
Business Administration background and or Customer Services working experience.
At least 01 year experience in administrative / coordination role and/or projects-related role.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people.
Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
