CORPORATE FINANCE OFFICER

With the role of Corporate Finance Officer, you will be a key player in developing financial strategies for renewable energy projects while providing accurate analysis that helps the company optimize capital flow and make sound investment decisions. You will work closely with project development teams, strategic finance, and stakeholders, laying a solid foundation for large-scale projects with long-term impacts on the environment and communities.

A Corporate Finance Officer is not just someone who processes numbers but also provides strategic financial analysis, supporting decision-making in crucial deals, and helping the company achieve financial goals and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Managing Financial Transactions:

   • Analyze the company's financial status and capabilities, provide financial reports, and recommend suitable financial strategies for renewable energy projects.

   • Conduct in-depth analyses of cash flow, profitability, risks, and other financial metrics to support investment decisions.

   • Collaborate with project development teams and stakeholders to build financial models (FS) for projects, ensuring financial factors are optimized.

2. Support Fundraising Strategy and Financial Transactions:

   • Work with banks, investment funds, and financial partners to raise funds for renewable energy projects.

   • Participate in meetings, negotiations, and deal-making with investors, helping the company secure sustainable capital for its projects.

3. Investment Analysis and Evaluation:

   • Evaluate investment opportunities in renewable energy projects, analyze profitability and growth potential.

   • Provide strategic analysis, advise on financial options, and offer recommendations on how to execute projects efficiently.

4. Ensure Sustainable Development and Financial Optimization:

   • Contribute to the development of financial solutions to help the company achieve its sustainability goals in the renewable energy sector.

   • Support the company in building long-term financial strategies to meet growth, cost, and profitability objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields.

• Preferably 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Credit Analyst, or similar positions in the Renewable Energy sector.

• Experience with Big 4 is an advantage.

• CPA/ACCA certification is a plus.

• Strong English language skills (fluency in speaking and listening).

• Experience with reputable accounting software/systems, MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations.

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

• Detail-oriented and reliable.

• Good communication/interpersonal skills.
