Our client is a foreign bank, due to its expand business, they are looking for talents for the position of Corporate Relationship Manager:
Proactively acquire new corporate clients, focusing on Vietnam-listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and industry leaders.
Maintain high standards of customer service to effectively manage and retain the existing client portfolio.
Monitor daily transactions, prepare credit applications, and generate internal reports for relevant stakeholders.
Analyze client needs to provide value-added solutions that maximize both customer value and revenue growth.
Stay updated on international business drivers, including regulations, economic trends, and cross-border procedures.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within the current portfolio and collaborate with internal departments to drive results.
Ensure consistent service excellence while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and proficiency in financial and credit analysis.
Minimum of 5 years as a Relationship Manager, managing a loan portfolio exceeding USD 30 million.
Proven experience in managing relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
Deeply attuned to banking market trends, updates, and emerging opportunities.
Capable of drafting credit applications (Facility Letters, Loan Agreements) and managing complex operational processes with patience.
Strong ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and business proposals.
Proficiency (Speaking & Writing) in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork spirit.
