Costing & Inventory Senior Specialist

Main ResponsibilitiesCosting Responsibilities

• Record and manage accounting entries related to product costing.
• Calculate standard cost based on approved BOM, recipes, and cost budgets.
• Collect and verify actual expenses to determine the actual cost of goods produced.
• Control and analyze cost variances between actual consumption vs. standard.
• Prepare costing reports: product costing, order-based costing, and cost breakdown reports.

Inventory Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transactions of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods including inbound, outbound, and disposal movements.
• Review and update warehouse documents (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer, Return) ensuring accuracy in quantity, pricing, and approvals.
• Control material consumption and usage to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Warehouse, Kitchen/Bar, Procurement, Internal Control) to perform periodic and ad-hoc stock counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure proper resolution.
• Prepare reports related to material requirements, material usage, and inventory levels.

Cost Optimization & Support

• Conduct price surveys for raw materials and propose cost adjustments to optimize revenue and profit.
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to improve cost control processes and material efficiency.

• College or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, and basic tax regulations in Vietnam.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel is a must).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.
• Honest, proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
