Lead comprehensive content strategies: Take charge of marketing creative content from A to Z for both Branding & Communications and Performance campaigns. This includes concept/idea development, content planning, and market deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies/content creators.
Propose ideas and craft messaging for brand-awareness initiatives, PR activities, and performance-driven campaigns (digital & traditional).
Produce well-researched, versatile content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, brand stories, videos, and blogs across both ELT and OSC segments.
Scriptwriting and production coordination: Write compelling scripts and follow up closely with the
production team to execute highly engaging video content (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo ads).
Monitor and analyze: Track the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for both branding content and performance ads to offer data-driven suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate visually: Work closely with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles and ensure visual consistency with the brand's premium identity.

Passion about the education industry (specifically ELT and Study Abroad sectors).
You are creative by nature with words and intuitively know which forms of visuals can best deliver the message.
You have a strong ability to translate a communication brief into creative ideas & execution that delivers concrete business objectives.
Your creative style is positive, insightful, and “out of the box.”
You can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience with all media channels (online & offline) and various creative formats.
AI-Savvy: You are highly proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, AI design/video generators, etc.) to optimize workflows, generate creative hooks, and enhance overall content production efficiency. You view AI not just as a trend, but as an essential, daily collaborative tool to maximize your output quality and speed
At least +3 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, content creation, or other creative fields, 1 – 2 year working experience in the same role
High responsibly and committed and be able to produce good quality content often to tight deadlines
Flexible and easy to adapt in different environment
Strong in logical thinking, critical thinking, brainstorming
Being solutions-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges
Strong in both concept-generation and must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
Direct experience in digital and social content creation, having a background of working in education is a plus.
Working experience in Agencies is an advantage
Strong command in communication in both English and Vietnamese languages
