Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Responsibilities:
1. Creative Ideation & Execution for Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop creative concepts for marketing, advertising, digital, PR, and social media campaigns.
- Set creative direction for brand imagery to ensure distinctiveness and market prominence.
- Direct and oversee the production of videos, images, podcasts, packaging design, POSM, and advertisements.
- Generate breakthrough ideas to enhance brand experience for customers.
2. Content & Creativity for Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing:
- Develop creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns (Digital Ads, Social Media, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure advertising content (video ads, banner ads, social media posts) is highly engaging and encourages viewer action.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Team to create optimized content that enhances conversion rates (ROI, CPA, CTR).
- Experiment with and optimize various content formats (short-form videos, motion graphics, interactive ads) to boost communication effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze advertising performance data to provide creative solutions for improved results.
3. Brand Guideline, Packaging & Design Management:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand imagery and content.
- Work with the design team to create packaging, product designs, and key visuals aligned with the brand identity.
- Oversee the application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints (website, social media, print, packaging).
- Update and refine brand guidelines based on design trends and market feedback.
4. Supervision of Creative Materials Production:
- Ensure all creative materials (images, videos, designs, digital content) align with brand strategy.
- Work with studios, production houses, and agencies to ensure high creative and technical standards.
- Oversee quality control and campaign timelines for creative projects.
5. Team Development & Training:
- Recruit, build, and manage an internal creative team, including designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Train and inspire the team, fostering a culture of continuous creative improvement.
- Establish optimal workflows to ensure an efficient and effective creative team.
