Key Purpose of the Job:
The Creative Team Lead is responsible for driving the creative vision and delivering high impact, on brand assets across channels. This role translates business and marketing objectives into compelling concepts and campaigns, manages a multidisciplinary creative team (design, motion, video, copy), and ensures work is delivered on brief, on time, and optimized for performance.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
-Creative strategy & Concepting
- Under the direction of the Head of Marketing, define creative visuals in relevance to the organization’s branding goals and always keep the branding guidelines updated
- Own creative strategy aligned with brand positioning, product priorities, and campaign goals.
- Lead ideation for integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, website, OOH, POSM, and events…
- Develop clear creative territories, messaging hierarchy, and visual systems for each initiative.
- Partner with Brand Managers to convert briefs into single minded propositions and creative platforms.
-Creative planning, Production and Quality control
- Oversee end to end production of assets: static design, motion graphics, video, photo, HTML5, landing page layouts, and campaign toolkits.
- Ensure consistency across touchpoints (visual identity, tone, accessibility, localization).
- Review/approve work at concept, first draft, and final stages with actionable feedback.
- Participate to cross-department marketing needs gathering sessions, and capture the creative requirements for each month
- Plan for the monthly creative calendar and storyboard while coordinating with all departments requiring creative content
- Under the direction of the Head of Marketing, work closely with Brand Managers, the Content Lead to produce creative content, including graphic designs, photo shooting, video shooting, editing, freebies, sales kits, ...
- Coordinate the execution of the content production sessions, including video and photo shooting sessions
- Anticipate for ad-hoc requests during the month
-Other design development
- Under the direction of the Head of Marketing, work closely with the Construction Project Manager and Direct Marketing Manager to prepare designs and mock-ups for booths production, events preparation, centers renovation, and/or interior decoration projects
-Team Management
- Supervise and oversee the performance of the creative team and ensure compliance to the brand guidelines
- Under the direction of Head of Marketing, prepare creative briefs and provide training and coaching for the design team
- Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality on time and schedule
- Ensure that the Cinematography Specialist is maintaining the shooting equipment and the studio responsively
- Assist the Head of Marketing in the day-to-day operations
