Credit Administration Executive

Job Description

- Responsible for the operations of the Sales Administration functions including monitoring the progress billings and collections, loan documentation from the receipt of the relevant stamped Sale & Purchase Agreement until delivery of vacant possession or issuance of the separate document of titles whichever is later.

Chịu trách nhiệm về hoạt động của các chức năng Hành chính Kinh doanh bao gồm giám sát tiến độ của giai đoạn thanh toán, hồ sơ cho vay từ khi nhận được Hợp đồng Mua Bán có hiệu lực cho đến khi chuyển giao quyền sở hữu hoặc cấp bất cứ hồ sơ chứng nhận quyền sở hữu nào sau đó.

- Responsible for the documentation of the purchasers’ sub-sale and refinancing.

Chịu trách nhiệm đối với các hồ sơ vay vốn ngân hàng của người mua

- Responsible to ensure prompt collections of all receivables eg. progress billings, interests and other outgoing payments.

Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo có thể thu được các khoản thanh toán nhanh chóng ví dụ: tiến độ thanh toán, lãi suất và các khoản thanh toán sắp đến hạn khác.

- Responsible to prepare Management report(s) on time and ensure its accuracy.

Chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị các Báo cáo Quản lý đúng hạn và đảm bảo tính chính xác của nó.

- Responsible to liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.

Chịu trách nhiệm liên hệ với người mua, các tổ chức tài chính, luật sư và các bên liên quan khác để đảm bảo hồ sơ tài liệu thích hợp cho người mua nhân được các khoản vay sớm.

- Responsible to attend to the correspondences with purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties in connection with the documentation, billings, collections, etc.

Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc với người mua, với các tổ chức tài chính, luật sư và các bên liên quan khác kết hợp với các chứng từ, hóa đơn, các khoản thu theo kỳ khác, v.v…

- Responsible to prepare and maintain proper records and files of all purchasers including the records in the developer’s system.

Chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị và lưu trữ các hồ sơ thích hợp của người mua bao gồm các hồ sơ lưu trữ trong hệ thống của công ty phát triển dự án.

- Responsible to cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching and support to the Sales Administration Staff (if any).

Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển cải tổ nhóm làm việc, đào tạo, huấn luyện và hỗ trợ cho các nhân viên Hành chính Kinh doanh (nếu có).

- Maintain company’s interest and image ahead by providing excellence services to purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties.

Giữ hình ảnh và lợi ích của công ty trước tiên bằng cách cung cấp các dịch vụ tốt nhất cho người mua, cho các tổ chức tài chính, luật sư và các bên liên quan khác.

- Maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers’ and company’s information.

Duy trì tính bảo mật của người mua và thông tin của công ty.

- Perform other related duties that the Management may direct or assign from time to time.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác mà Ban Giám đốc trực tiếp chỉ đạo hoặc phân công.

Job Requirement

Qualifications  :      Preferably Degree in Business Administration or Law

Bằng cấp          :      Ưu Tiên Bằng Quản trị  Kinh Doanh hoặc Luật

Experience      :      Preferably 3 years working experience in the property or legal industry

Kinh nghiệm    :       Ưu tiên 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong BĐS hay Pháp lý

Specific skills / abilities: Computer literate. Good command in Vietnamese and English. Good working knowledge of statutory act and sub act related to real estate industry.

Kỹ năng: Vi tính văn phòng. Giỏi tiếng Việt và Anh, Am hiểu luật định liên quan đến ngành BĐS.

Personal qualities: Able to communicate with all level, assertive and initiative.

Phẩm chất: Giao tiếp tốt, quyết đoán và sáng tạo.
