- Handling EE existing sales enquiries, preparation of Quotes, negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients regarding testing services.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting of market insights and customer requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify new testing needs and business opportunities from existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (lab, operations, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Support the sales team in marketing activities, including organizing seminars, workshops, and customer events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales administration, contract management, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems of TIC company
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Marketing design tools
