Job Description

Preparing and checking data for CRM campaigns
Supporting SMS/ZNS content setup and checking
Updating reports and tracking files
Supporting daily operational tasks and coordinating with internal teams/partners when needed
Supporting & drafting department-related documents for signature.

Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Prior experience as an intern in Marketing, E-commerce, Data/Business Analytics, or active participation in university clubs/projects is a plus.
Basic familiarity with CRM execution channels (e.g., Email Marketing, SMS, Zalo ZNS, App Push Notifications) & willingness to learn CDP tools
Basic understanding of Marketing concepts, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Customer Loyalty frameworks.
No formal full-time experience required; fresh graduates or final-year students are highly welcome.
