CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

The CSA Engineer is responsible for site inspection and supervision of Construction, Structural and Architectural works to verify compliance with approved designs, specifications, method statements, inspection plans, statutory requirements and SGS quality standards.

The role supports the Project Manager in coordinating contractors, monitoring construction quality/progress, managing inspection records and reporting non-conformances to ensure safe, compliant and effective project delivery.

University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision, QA/QC or site engineering for industrial/building projects.

Practical knowledge of CSA works including civil works, structural concrete, steel structure, architectural finishing and handover.

Good understanding of drawings, specifications, Vietnamese construction standards, ITPs, method statements and site documentation.

Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors in a professional site environment.

Good report writing and communication skills in Vietnamese; English communication is an advantage.

Construction supervision certificate, QA/QC training, HSE training, AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam experience are advantages.
