A. Compliance & Audit Management
- Lead and manage all social compliance activities within the factory.
- Ensure continuous audit readiness for customer, third-party (BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, etc.), and government audits.
- Act as the main contact for auditors and coordinate all audit activities.
B. Supplier Compliance
- Conduct supplier compliance audits in line with company and customer requirements.
- Identify compliance gaps, evaluate risks, and follow up corrective actions.
C. Corrective Action (CAP) Management
- Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor implementation and ensure audit findings are closed effectively and sustainably.
D. Legal Compliance & Factory Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, working hours, wages, payroll practices, and other statutory requirements.
- Support daily factory operations while maintaining compliance with customer standards.
E. System Improvement & Documentation
- Develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Improve compliance processes related to working hours, payroll, and record management.
- Identify operational risks and recommend practical improvement initiatives.
F. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, HR, Planning, and other departments to integrate compliance into daily operations.
- Promote a strong compliance culture while balancing business needs and operational efficiency.
G. Training & Awareness
- Deliver compliance training for supervisors, employees, and workers.
- Raise awareness of labor rights, grievance mechanisms, and customer compliance requirements.
H. Reporting
- Prepare compliance reports and provide regular updates on audit readiness, compliance status, risks, and improvement actions.
- Escalate critical issues with practical recommendations.
