- Follow up/ Encourage Installers claim bonus points

- Guide installation & usage 5 Star App

- Deploy promotion program and communicate necessary information to Installers

- Engage/ survey installers satisfaction

- Co-ordinate with APSE & CS to handle customer complaints

- Co-ordinate with MKT/Distribution Sales team/APSE to support events/loyalty programs

- Other tasks asign by LM.

-          Good voice/ tone

-          Customer service mindset

-          6 months experienced in call center/ tele sales

-          Experienced in construction materials is a plus
