Job Description

Job Purpose:
To measure the customer experience at each staff and customer interaction point with the ILA brand.
Working Relationships:

  • The CE Officer will work closely with each department with-in the business. They will provide satisfaction feedback from both staff and customers to the relative departments.
  • Internal: Each department within the business
  • External: Each customer of ILA and some customers of our competitors


Listed are the main responsibilities of the CE Officer:

  • Track staff and customer satisfaction at each interaction point with the business.
  • Report to each business department the staff and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collect the verbatim feedback of staff and customers and re the findings to the relevant department within the business.
  • Prepare reports and meetings between CE and the other departments within the business.

Job Requirement

  • College/University Degree
  • Customer service oriented and passionate about experience.
  • Language: English and Vietnamese
  • Computer: Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint (or like presentation system)
  • Ability to learn and keen to improve knowledge in the field of Customer Experience.
